One of the most unusual places in the world. These pseudocraters were formed when lava met water and can be found only in a few places - here, in Hawaii, and even on Mars. A peaceful, open area with beautiful views over Lake Mývatn.

Dimmuborgir, known as the "Dark Fortress", is a vast lava field filled with dramatic, almost otherworldly rock formations. According to Icelandic legend, trolls and the Yule Lads live here.
